About me .. wow where to begin!
To invite you into how my work and passion came to be, I feel it's relevant to share, that it comes from a deep and painful upbringing, that taught me a lot about what LOVE IS NOT .. It sent me on a quest for life, to unravel human behaviour, psychology, communication, attachment styles, and overall understanding how and why we (do and don't) show up for each other and ourselves as human beings.
I am a hopeless romantic and endlessly believe in love as the greatest power of all - that if we love ourselves and love each other, the world will be a much nicer place to be.
My deep healing journey began in a crucial moment when I was 21, going through a break-up, confused about my life and studies and dealing with family triggers and turmoil that had resurfaced. I went to the 'school priest' that held space for me in a way I never forget and that initiated something in me that I give back to others in my work today: He truly witnessed me in my pain, asked the right questions and had me understand my longing and my deeper needs behind my pain.
This moment changed me forever and sent me out on a quest for life: A journey that became a 10-year long unconventional nomadic lifestyle, where I traveled, lived and worked in 15+ different countries around Asia, Middle East, Australia and Europe.
I had an urge to leave everything behind at the age of 23, to deconstruct myself and my conditioned beliefs, heal the wounds and patterns I carried from childhood and understand the mechanics behind why I suffered the way I did throughout life up until this point.
I replaced University with the School of Life: embracing the unknown, observing and learning about different cultures and religions, taking up a spiritual practise, studying yoga, astrology, dance, photography, tantra and human behaviour by reading, conversation, somatic practises, plant medicine journeys, studying energies and participating in countless of workshops, classes, festivals and retreats.
Of all the modalities I encountered, astrology became one of the most profound mirrors for understanding myself. It gave language to patterns I had always felt but never been able to explain.
These 10 years eventually led me back to Denmark, where I have spend the last years, integrating and landing in all of my lessons and understandings, while finishing my studies as a Certified Astrologer, and now studying Psychotherapy.
It is my biggest WHY, to leave this Earth a more loving and conscious place, than when I arrived here. To hold safe spaces for deep pain, life-transitions and transformative moments for those who resonate with my presence.
Energy work and Astrology is two languages that I speak very well, and in combination with my intuition and channeling when in conversation with you; deep truths can come to the surface, which is ready to be met.

My Astrology Story:
As a true Cancer Sun, with Mercury, Jupiter, and Chiron also in Cancer, my journey naturally began with studying the Moon Cycle. This curiosity soon expanded into an exploration of my own Natal Chart, unlocking layers of self-understanding I had never accessed before. During my Saturn Return (2017–2020, yes, Saturn in Capricorn!), I deepened my awareness of planetary transits and cycles, realising how profoundly they mirror the themes and transformations we navigate as human beings.Astrology quickly became more than a fascination; it became a lifelong study, an irresistible passion!
I’ve spent countless hours immersed in research, reading, listening to podcasts, watching YouTubes, observing, and intuitively connecting with the rhythms of the Cosmos.
I am deeply inspired and fascinated by the connections to astrology in nature’s cycles and in how astrology continuously reveals the interconnectedness of it all.It's a dream come true to share this knowledge with others who are open to receive and learn about themselves.
It's a gift to offer the same insights, validation, and guidance that astrology has given me over the years.
